Lewis Talent Executive Associate Of Florida
Lewis has always been active in music and is driven by a genuine desire to use his lifelong experience to help emerging artists succeed. His goal is to serve as a Talent Executive Associate for Artist Management Connections (AMC), where he can apply his natural instinct for recognizing strong voices and identifying true potential.
From the age of 14, Lewis built a successful career in the construction industry, developing discipline, reliability, and a commitment to completing every project he begins. Over the last 30 years, his work has taken him across the country building restaurants and commercial spaces — and everywhere he traveled, music followed.
Lewis spent decades in bars, restaurants, and live‑music venues nationwide, singing karaoke, listening to performers, and observing singers in every environment imaginable. His best friend of 60 years gifted him a Jackson electric guitar decades ago and taught him the basics of notes, tone, and sound. While Lewis never pursued guitar professionally, that experience sharpened his ear and deepened his appreciation for musicianship.
Music is part of his daily life. He wakes up every morning with a song in his head — a different one each day — and carries that inspiration with him. After years of immersion in live‑music settings, he has developed a strong, intuitive ability to recognize when a singer has something special.
Because he continues to travel nationwide for work, Lewis is exposed to a wide range of music scenes. He has seen incredible talent performing in small local bars — artists who deserve far more opportunity and visibility. Helping those individuals rise beyond the local stage is something he feels personally called to do.
Lewis believes that joining Artist Management Connections would allow him to use his passion, his experience, and his trained ear to help artists reach their full potential. He is motivated by the chance to guide promising performers toward bigger stages, stronger careers, and the recognition they deserve.
For Lewis, becoming a Talent Executive Associate with AMC is more than a position — it is a mission to help real talent rise.
